A Virtual Assistant (known as a VA, or a Virtual Office Assistant) is a self-employed, experienced professional or consultant who provides administrative, technical, or creative (social) support e.g. administrative, secretarial, legal, web development, marketing, etc) to clients from a remote office.

- As we are independent contractors/consultants (and not employees), clients are not responsible for any employee-related taxes, insurance or benefits, except in the context that those indirect expenses are included in our VA fees. Virtual Assistants usually with a number of clients simultaneously.
- We eliminate the logistical problem for clients to provide extra office space, equipment
or supplies as clients pay for 100% productive work.
- We can handle almost any, business task that doesn't require our physical presence. If it can be carried out over the internet, via email, fax, telephone, or chat, we can most likely handle it.
